You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The laminate flooring is fundamentally composed of several layers.
Layer 1: Overlayer. The layer protects against wear and tear.this surface coating is composed of a special synthetic resin-treated cellulose to give the flooring a tough and durable surface
Layer 2: Decorative paper. This layer is the melamine color paper. The decorative layer paper gives the laminate flooring an attractive appearance.
Layer 3: HDF. It is the wooden composite core. (High-density Fibreboard)
Layer 4: Balance paper. On the back of the HDF. It is the balance paper layer that improves the structural stability and serves as a moisture barrier.
Layer 5: Foam ( Optional ). The foam can be attached on the balance paper directly or as the part. The effect is soundproof and anti-moisture.
