Our ready-to-assemble products are shipped via reliable logistic companies or a company of your choice if you would like to process shipping with your own account. We usually ship within 2 business days after you place your order. If you choose to use your own shipping company, we cannot guarantee the punctual arrival or arrival condition of the product.An adult signature will be required for all deliveries. Please count and inspect the products received. After the delivery sheet is signed, we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the product that comes after. If you have received any damaged or missing items, please note this on the delivery receipt. Please file a claim with us (with photos of damaged items) within 5 business days after delivery of the package. We are not responsible for any items not included on the invoice. Please confirm that your invoice is complete at the time you place your order.We cannot deliver to a site that is not accessible via a truck or van.
Pick Up Order
In-stock ready-to-assemble products can be picked up the same day before 5pm Pacific Time. For orders where assembly is requested or required, please wait between 5 to 10 days for preparation. We will call you when they are ready to be picked up. Assembled cabinets must be picked up within 10 days of the scheduled pickup time. Late pick-up is subject to a storage fee of $50 per day.
Returns and Exchanges
All customized products are FINAL. We cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.Unopened new cabinets that are not assembled can be returned, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We can only accept a return within 30 days of delivery.Assembled new cabinets are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please carefully check your order at the time of pick up or delivery to ensure the package is complete and nothing is damaged. We are not responsible for any damaged or missing products after the delivery sheet is signed.
We accept payment in cash, via credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover), cheque, cashiers’ checks, or money orders. If you pay via a cheque, we cannot release the products until the cheque has cleared.A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
ZC Building Supply hereby warrants that all cabinets and countertop sold by ZC Building Supply are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warrant is expressly and exclusively limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the sole discretion of ZC Building Supply, and does not include labor for removal or replacement of the defective part. This warranty applies only to the original purchase and is not transferable to any other party. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or dis-assembly, damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements, misuse, abuse or negligence. By purchasing the product, the original purchaser acknowledges that natural products may vary in texture, color, and wood grain and it may exhibit subtle changes as it ages. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color and to warp, split or crack. These variations are considered to be natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty. ZC Building Supply periodically updates and makes changes to its product line and specifications. If a warranty claim is led against obsolete or changed product and repair is no possible, ZC Building Supply will replace the part under warranty with a new part of the same style or with a similar style currently offered. ZC Building Supply is not responsible for a replacement product that may not match the installed product exactly.
