Showroom Associate

Showroom Associate:
Be friendly, professional, and eager to understand our customer’s specific needs. Be able to pair the best products and services to support their project.
Expert in explaining the product specifications or services to existing or potential customers, with the goal of closing a sale.
The sales associate provides exceptional consultative services to customers and confirms their needs are met before leaving the store. The Sales Specialist is also responsible for executing orders and projects in their area of focus.
Travel Requirements: this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

- Maintaining a clean and efficient showroom
- Providing excellent customer service
- Treat all customers and coworkers in a professional manner
- Hourly Full/Part Time: Generally scheduled 27 to 40 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
- Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Minimum Qualifications Fluent in English and Chinese in speaking, listen and writing
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
